We have a large portfolio of work which we have built up over 18 years ranging from bespoke housing to large scale developments exceeding 1000 dwellings. We have master planned village extensions and our site viabilities are Geoff’s own speciality with over 30 years’ experience of what developers require.

Geoff appraises more than 20,000 plots a year, sites must be aesthetically pleasing for future residents, commercially viable and acceptable to the Local Authority.
