In partnership with Shropshire Homes, we delivered the Whitehall Gardens development in Abbey Foregate, within the historic county town of Shrewsbury. Located just an 18-minute walk from Market Square, Whitehall Gardens is an exclusive gated scheme comprising 25 bespoke 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Working closely with Shropshire Council through the pre-application process, we successfully secured full planning permission for the demolition of an existing office building and associated hardstanding, enabling the redevelopment of the site for 25 dwellings with associated infrastructure, access, public open space and landscaping.

As part of the full planning application, we prepared a comprehensive planning package including site layouts, a house type brochure, street scenes and 3D CGI visuals.
