In partnership with Taylor Wimpey, we delivered a thoughtfully designed development at Lindridge Road, Sutton Coldfield. We prepared a Full Planning Application for 178 dwellings, incorporating access, drainage, and associated infrastructure. The scheme maximises the site’s challenging levels to create a cohesive community where residents enjoy the convenience of urban living alongside tranquil green spaces, including a children’s play area.

As part of the application, we produced a comprehensive planning pack, which included site layouts, a house type brochure, street scenes, and a Building for a Healthier Life document.
