In partnership with Mulberry Homes, the land off Blackthorn Road in Ambrosden has been acquired and benefits from outline planning permission for 75 homes, comprising a mix of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties, including 27 affordable homes.
The scheme is distinctive in its provision of local and regional investment, alongside the creation of new woodland areas to enhance the landscape setting and biodiversity. We have worked alongside Cherwell District Council to achieve the approval of the Reserved Matters application.
As part of the planning application, we prepared a comprehensive planning package including site layouts, a house type brochure and street scenes.
