The main core of Geoff Perry Associates work and as such we have vast experience of carrying out surveys of this nature. Standard detail includes (where applicable) boundaries (including type and heights), building footprints, adjoining building (plus eaves / ridge heights), trees / groups of trees, hard standings (including surface types), watercourse (including direction of flow, water level time and date), banks, retaining walls, walls, fences (including hedges & types), hedges, structures (including description), kerb lines, verges, street furniture, manhole/ service covers (including cover level), etc. plus all other visible salient features of the area.
Ordinance survey digital detail can also be added if required to show the surrounding detail.
LSS software is utilised to produce the survey and the completed survey would be issued in AutoCAD

Building Regulations
Geoff Perry Associates have been producing detailed planning drawings for over 10 years. Building Regulations drawings can be commissioned with or without the planning application being done by ourselves. Detailed plans are produced for submission to the Local Authority or NHBC for Building Regulation Approval & construction of the subsequent buildings. We will also liaise with your chosen suppliers / manufacturers as required throughout the process.
